- Hailee has worked in the field of higher education in student recruitment, admissions, teaching, and academic advising capacities.
- Hailee is an alumna of The Fulbright Program. This program is one of the most competitive and prestigious awards programs worldwide. Through Fulbright, U.S. citizens may apply for scholarships to study, conduct research, or exercise their talents abroad. Hailee was awarded a scholarship to study in Germany and France in 2013 through the International Education Administrators Seminar.
